Beginning with an hour of movement to irresistible music - warm up, full-on groove yoga followed by stretching and into stillness - for each phase there is an exploration of habitual movements and an invitation into the spontaneous.

Exploring the breath - Learn specific stretches to open up different parts of the breath and experience a breath exercise to relax the exhale.

A finale breath meditation in stillness.
